Highest Performance in a Project

In 2004, itestra took over the technical lead of a project for the realization of a business-critical industrial information system. In 11 months, the project was brought to success and its costs reduced by more than 50%. Due to this achievement, the high benefit of the system for the business process, and the high acceptancy among usesrs, the project was awarded by the innovation award of the client.

Innovation in Research

At the 8th European Conference on Software Maintenance and Reengineering (CSMR) in Tampere, Finland in 2004, Dr. Markus Pizka was awarded with the Best Paper Award for his publication "Adaptation of large-scale open source software - an experience report".

At WORLDCOMP '07 in Las Vegas, USA, Dr. Christian Rehn was awarded with an Achievement Award for his scientific contributions.
